Reece Stallwitz was born in Kansas City, Kansas, and raised in Houston, Texas. Stallwitz focuses on painting and photography as her primary mediums, using them to examine the ways art can be interpreted through different lenses based on personal experiences. Stallwitz is currently a senior at the University of Rochester, where she is double majoring in Studio Arts and Business Marketing with a minor in Dance and Movement Studies.
